AI should produce results, not more software
GapSure helps businesses find the operational, digital and customer-engagement gaps that are quietly costing them work, and close them with systems that fit how the business already runs.
Why we started here
There is no shortage of AI software. What is scarce is someone who will look at how a specific business actually works, find the two or three places where value is leaking, and close those — rather than installing a platform and calling it a transformation.
Most of our work is with HVAC, plumbing, roofing and similar service businesses. These are companies where the cost of a gap is unusually easy to see: a call that rang out is a job someone else did, and a list of six hundred past customers nobody has contacted in two years is revenue sitting in a filing cabinet.
What we believe
Start with the gap, not the technology. The right answer is sometimes a scheduled reminder and a shared spreadsheet. We would rather tell you that and keep the relationship than sell you a system you do not need.
Measure before and after, honestly. We agree what we are tracking before we build. Actual results are reported separately from projections, and we do not round a projection up into a claim.
Keep a person in the loop. Systems should draft, sort, route and remind. People should decide anything involving money, a promise, or a customer's trust.
Stay independent. We take no commission from software vendors. Every account is created in your name, and you can take the whole setup elsewhere.
What we will not do
We will not buy you a contact list, send messages to people who have not consented to hear from you, or set up a system that pretends to be a human being. We will not quote you a percentage improvement we invented, and we will not claim an integration or a certification we do not have.
Placeholder notice. Company registration details, the team, locations, client references and any formal certifications are not published on this site yet. Nothing on these pages should be read as a claim about company size, history or client count. These placeholders are to be replaced with verified details before launch.
