What a re-engagement campaign looks like

A walkthrough of a 10-day campaign against a past-customer list: the cleaning, the first text, the replies, the opt-outs, and the bookings that come out the other end. Put your own list size and average job value in and it recalculates.

This is a projection, not a record of a real campaign. Every number below is calculated from the figures you enter and the response rates shown under “the assumptions behind these numbers”, which you can change. The customer names, replies and timings are illustrative, written to show how the system handles each kind of response. No real customer data appears here, and these are not results from a client.

What the walkthrough is showing you

The point is not the revenue figure. It is the handling: every kind of reply gets a different, correct response, and the awkward ones are the ones that matter.

Consent is checked before anything sends

Contacts without a consent record, a valid number, or who previously opted out are removed during the import — and the count of who was excluded is shown, not hidden.

STOP is honoured immediately

An opt-out suppresses that person on every channel at once, and the remaining scheduled messages to them are cancelled rather than queued.

Messages wait for your hours

Sending respects your window and time zone, and a reply received at night does not trigger an outbound message until morning.

A yes reaches a person fast

Interested replies get a booking link within seconds and alert your team. Questions go to a human rather than being answered by a system that might get it wrong.
