Privacy

This is a placeholder, not a legal privacy policy. It describes accurately what this website currently does with data, so that it is not misleading while the real policy is written. It must be replaced with a reviewed policy, naming the legal entity and covering the jurisdictions you operate in, before launch.

What this site collects today

The readiness scanner. The address you enter is sent to the GapSure server, which fetches that site's public pages to analyse them. The address and the result are not written to disk and are not retained after the response is returned. They are included in a consultation request only if you choose to send one from the results.

The consultation form. What you type is stored as a record on the GapSure server so the team can respond. That is its only use. It is not sold, not shared, and not added to a mailing list.

No third-party tracking. This site loads no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party scripts. Fonts are self-hosted, so no request is made to any external provider when you load a page.

Server logs. The web server records requests as any server does.

Asking us to delete something

Email hello@gapsure.co and we will delete what you sent.

Still to be written

Legal entity and registered address, data controller details, lawful basis and retention periods, sub-processors, international transfer terms, cookie disclosure if any are ever introduced, and the rights and contact route required in each jurisdiction served.
